- This role oversees GCSS solutions delivery and customer services to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead services team, providing guidance for success in services management.
- Collaborate to customize GCSS Solutions for industries & accounts.
- Responsible for revenue growth and market opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Implement service improvements and negotiate with clients.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
Experience:
Minimum 4 yrs. experience required.
