Job Description
People ™, a renowned international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multinational client organizations across all HR functions, is seeking a talented individual for the position of Regional Head Sales & Services for our Karachi Office. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and astute business acumen. Job Role and Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets in the South Region, analyzing competitive data and demand.
- Prepare operational and financial sales department reports.
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team.
- Coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
- Create effective sales programs to enhance organization awareness and enhance positive perception.
- Prepare sales plans, programs, and annual budgets.
- Compile data for strategic sales plans, monthly reports, annual goals, sales budget, and forecasts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of market experience.
- Prior B2B sales experience in HR, banking, software, or insurance industry is a plus point.
- Preference given to candidates from HR Consultancy.
