Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations across multiple regions, driving revenue growth, and developing business strategies to achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and ensure the successful execution of sales plans.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives in assigned regions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the executive team.
