Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the region.
- Provide leadership and support to a dedicated sales team.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the region.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize sales performance.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in sales management (Solar experience is a must).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
