Company Description:

For one of our leading clients in Quetta, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager.

Role Description:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for our client in the Quetta market. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and motivating the sales team, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to optimize individual and team performance.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

7 to 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 to 4 years of experience as an RSM.
