Job Description
At Atsol Consulting, we are currently hiring for a sales position for our client based in Gujranwala, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and closing sales leads to drive revenue growth. They will also develop, implement, and evaluate the sales strategy, requiring strong management and coaching skills to support the sales team’s learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the flexible packaging market.
- Identify client needs and cultivate new business within the existing client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
- Lead sales recovery efforts in response to market fluctuations or unexpected challenges.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 Years experience in packaging industry managing sales.
- Experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
