Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager in Lahore, specializing in FMCG. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, managing a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Establish strong customer relationships and collaborate internally for sales growth. Focus on snack food sales, expanding product distribution to supermarkets and retail stores.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy, Team Management, and Business Development skills
- 8+ years experience in food sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Prior regional manager experience
- Familiarity with KPK side supermarkets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales target achievement
