Job Description
Indigo Developers is on the lookout for a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth and foster client relationships within the Karachi region. This pivotal role includes leading a team of sales executives and crafting effective sales strategies to enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement regional sales plans aimed at revenue enhancement.
- Guide the sales team to achieve peak performance.
- Spot new business opportunities for expansion.
- Analyze market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Compile sales reports for management review.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 6–8 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, along with outstanding communication skills.
Job Location: Karachi (in-person). Salary: Rs180,00 – Rs200,00/month.
