MaxGreen Energy is a Pakistani company that specializes in providing customized solar energy solutions to meet the rising energy demand within Pakistan. They offer on-grid systems, off-grid systems, and hybrid systems for commercial and residential use.
Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Lahore, with flexibility for remote work. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding MaxGreen Energy’s customer base, building relationships with potential clients, and growing sales in the assigned region. This includes identifying potential customers, managing sales techniques and strategies, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Solid background in sales and marketing, ability to understand sales trends and analyze data
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and prioritize work accordingly
- Experience and knowledge of the solar industry (or similar) is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. An electrical engineer is preferred
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Market intelligence and thorough awareness of the north territory
