Job Description
Ontex is a global leader in disposable personal hygiene solutions seeking a Regional Sales Manager for North (Islamabad) region. Responsibilities include achieving sales objectives, developing market understanding, negotiating agreements, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing competitor activity. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 8-10 years of FMCG sales experience, and proven leadership skills.
Background and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics or Business Administration/MBA preferred
- 8-10 years of FMCG sales experience with at least 3-5 years in key account management
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar management role
