Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to develop, implement, and recommend sales strategies for the assigned region. The role involves leading the sales team to drive demand for OUP products, enhance market penetration, and achieve sales targets. The incumbent will create a strategic business plan tailored to market needs, with detailed product forecasts and SMART promotional plans.
The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating the field sales team, driving change management in line with OUP’s values. Reporting to the Sales Director (North), the ideal candidate should have a strong educational background, 8-10 years of sales experience with 4-5 years in a leadership role, business acumen, interpersonal skills, proficiency in English, and financial competence.
