Job Description
The Regional Manager Sales – South is responsible for the daily B2B sales efforts and overall positioning of the organization, brand communication, and business development. Must have dynamic leadership, excellent communication and decision-making skills, and astute business acumen.
Description:
- Assist in developing short and long-term strategic sales goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and increase sales.
- Update action plans and daily reports.
- Identify new corporate accounts and confirm business.
- Take complete ownership of work.
- Conduct daily sales calls and visits.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Coordinate cross-selling initiatives for profitability.
- Create effective Sales Programs for positive organization perception.
- Prepare marketing, advertising, sales plans, programs, and budget.
Qualifications:
- BBA / MBA degree
- 5+ years sales experience
