Responsibilities as Regional Sales Manager:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans
- Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan through Sales KPIs
- Provide inspirational leadership to the team
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing for category development
- Manage annual operating budgets and talent pipeline
Requirements:
- 7-8 years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm and energy for driving results
