Job Description
Job Purpose
To provide sales support to our front line Sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervising Claim Division to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of work
- Overseeing and administering Sales and Distribution system nationwide
- Adjustment of Trade offer/Trade Discounts for Secondary towns
- Target vs Sales Achievement monitoring
- Monitoring Damage Stock adjustment
- Monitoring & control sales Return
- Overseeing Customer/Distributor Facilitations
- Checking primary and secondary sales
- Cost working for Sales overheads
- Trade Offer Analysis Report Against Budget
- Sales return Analysis Report against Revenue
- Field Force Expense & Incentive Analysis Report
- Developing SOPs for better coordination and communication
Background Requirement
Bachelors Degree with 1.5 years of relevant experience
