Principle accountabilities:
- Identify growth opportunities in all channels.
- Develop trade marketing strategies.
- Liaison with field team to execute plans.
- Monitor activities & plan interventions to counter competition.
- Analyze activities & coordinate with brand team for brand communication & product penetration.
- Work with Sales team to monitor new product launches & analyze sales performance.
- Support Sales to improve marketing effectiveness & attractiveness through innovations in product distributions & consumer promotions.
Required Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in business from reputable university.
- 5-8 years of experience (ideally in field Sales).
