Principle accountabilities:
- Identify growth opportunities in all channels.
- Develop trade marketing strategies.
- Liaison with field team to execute plans.
- Monitor activities & plan interventions to counter competition.
- Analyze activities & coordinate with brand team for brand communication & product penetration.
- Monitor new product launches & analyze sales performance.
- Support Sales to improve marketing effectiveness through project innovations.
Required Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business from a reputable university.
- 5-8 years of experience (Field Sales experience preferred).
