Job Description
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Identify growth opportunities for GT, LMT’s, & IMT’s channel in assigned Regions.
- Develop trade marketing strategy & annual plan with RSM based on market understanding.
- Liaison with field team to execute trade plans effectively.
- Monitor all trade activities across channels in assigned Regions.
- Evaluate interventions to counter competition activities.
- Prepare PRE/POST Analysis for planned activities.
- Enhance brand communication & product penetration in defined cities.
- Create regional key accounts programs for brand development.
- Design channel development programs & marketing materials for store sell-out.
- Define regional product guidelines & monitor new launches with sales team.
- Support sales through regional project innovations & result analysis.
- Provide monthly & quarterly phasing plans for channels.
- Review spending with business analysts for ROI improvement.
- Monitor vendor’s performance for In-Store Executions quality.
Experience: 5-7 years
Education: BBA/MBA
