Job Description
The Aga Khan University Hospital is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Float Pool team. As a Float Pool nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments within the hospital, providing care to patients with diverse medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing patient condition and implementing appropriate nursing interventions
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Administering medications and treatments prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and evaluating patient responses to interventions
- Ensuring accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license and registration
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
