Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills? We are currently hiring a Registration Associate to join our team at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency. As a Registration Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer registration, data entry, and ensuring the accuracy of all information.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with the registration process.
  • Verify and enter customer information accurately.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the database.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide support during the registration process.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to registration.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and be comfortable working with technology. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
