Job Description
The Relationship Assistant Manager will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the animal health sector and veterinary clinics. This position requires a customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a good command of LinkedIn outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Build and nurture client relationships to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Celeritas Digital’s solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and assess their evolving needs.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and industry updates.
- Assist in the resolution of client issues and concerns, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Having a strong relationship with LinkedIn Connections and convert them into booking a demo.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in international relationship management, preferably in the technology or healthcare sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Result-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Having a good command over LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads and convert them into sales.
