Role Description

This is a full-time/shift, on-site role in Lahore for a Relationship Manager at Bank. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met, and delivering superior customer service. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing new relationships, and achieving sales growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with RDA/FDA customers to drive business growth.
  • Act as a key point of contact for RDA/FDA customers, addressing their inquiries and providing expert advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account opening and onboarding processes for RDA/FDA.
  • Stay updated on regulatory guidelines related to RDA/FDA, ensuring compliance in all customer interactions.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide guidance on digital banking features and troubleshoot any customer-related issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention in the RDA/FDA segments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the banking sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Roshan Digital Account and Freelancer Digital Account offerings.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to RDA/FDA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
