Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager Corporate Sales & Services
Department: Govt. & Corporate Sales North
Location: AJK
Job Type: Permanent
Job Purpose: Establish, maintain, and develop company’s presence in the corporate sector to generate new business while retaining existing corporate clients with exclusive customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Selling Fixed broadband products, Cloud computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT Solutions to B2B segments.
- New Business Development: Meeting monthly sales targets, building new business relationships, and enhancing revenue.
- Customer Retention/Churn: Track corporate activations/disconnections, formulate retention strategies, and prevent churn.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant domain, Telecom and computer science degrees preferred.
Work Experience: 3-4 years in ISP/Telco with good corporate segment relationships in North region.
