Job Purpose:
- Establish, maintain, and develop the company’s presence in the corporate sector to generate new business while retaining existing corporate clients by providing exclusive customer service for customer satisfaction
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Seeking new business ventures and developing customized solutions for the Corporate Sector
- Bringing revenue-generating customers onboard
- Generating more sales by ensuring top-quality customer service
- Selling and achieving set targets in various services
New Business Development:
- Meeting monthly sales targets
- Exploring growth through an existing client base
- Managing customer service for new referrals and activations
Revenue:
- Ensuring revenue meets targets
- Enhancing revenue from existing and prospective clients
Customer Retention/Churn:
- Monitoring corporate activations/disconnections and formulating retention strategies
- Resolving issues to prevent customer dissatisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Telecom or computer science preferred
Work Experience:
- 3-4 years in ISP/Telco, strong corporate relations
