Role Description:

Full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager-Digital in Karāchi. Responsibilities include managing digital relationships with clients, enhancing customer experiences, and promoting digital banking services. Develop digital strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to drive digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in developing digital strategies and analyzing market trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of digital banking products and services
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
