Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager in Islamabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, promoting banking products and services, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves analyzing financial information, assessing creditworthiness, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Relationship management, Sales, and Customer service skills
- Financial analysis and Credit assessment abilities
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in banking of at least 2 years is mandatory
