Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager located in Karāchi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. They will analyze the needs of clients, recommend products and services, and identify opportunities for more business. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Two to four years of experience in customer service or sales management
- Demonstrated ability to establish and build relationships with customers
- Ability to analyze data and recommend appropriate actions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
- Fluency in languages other than English is a plus
