Role Description:

Meezan Bank Limited is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager for our Meezan Digital Center located in Karachi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with customers by providing them with excellent customer service. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager or in a customer-facing role in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of Islamic banking products and services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to engage customers and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu (written and verbal).
