Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site position for a Relationship Manager at PQAMC located in Lahore District. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high net worth clients, identifying new business opportunities, and offering expert guidance on investment solutions. The role involves generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and promoting products or services to drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Mutual fund certification will be an added advantage.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role in the financial and investment industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with Corporates, high net worth clients, and team members at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Sound knowledge of investment products such as mutual funds and Takaful.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced work environment.
