Job Description
Techno Batch PVT. LTD is on the lookout for an energetic and proactive Relationship Manager to manage client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions. The chosen candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinate with technical teams, and foster long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships.
- Act as the lead contact for customer account management.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; a minimum of 2 years of experience in relationship management; knowledge of IT products is preferred.
