Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Relationship Manager – Transactional Banking based in Karachi. This is a permanent position and will report directly to Team Leader – Transactional Banking.
Position Summary:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and grow payroll business by acquiring new company sign-ups.
- Generate sale leads of consumer products in Transaction Banking Mandates.
- Develop new business prospects through their resources, Branches, Corporate business, and other business partners.
- Treat customers fairly during Sales pitches and ensure the best customer service experience.
- Ensure all Employee Banking cases are processed in line with the approved policy and procedures within the Turn Around Time.
- To ensure fair and efficient resolution of clients’ grievances to foster customers’ confidence in JS Bank services.
Job Specifications:
- Needs to be a Graduate/Masters in Banking & Finance / Accounting
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Banking.
- Effective negotiating skills and ability to perform well within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills with the ability to solve customer problems effectively.
