Role Description:
The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Karachi. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with UBL customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Your main tasks will involve prospecting and acquiring new business, promoting bank products, and managing existing portfolios of UBL clients. You will effectively maintain ongoing relationships with customers while executing successful business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Detailed knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, mortgages, credit cards, and investment products
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet targets, and generate new business
- Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation techniques
- Dedication to customer service excellence
