Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Relationship Manager, based in Lahore, for UBL Ameen. The Relationship Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and managing client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow CA deposits, revenue, and providing excellent customer service. The Relationship Manager will work collaboratively with internal departments to proactively research and anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions for commercial and Retail clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in commercial banking
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and establish strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, and to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
