Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement approved sales/service plans
- Conduct client verification
- Ensure loan repayment
- Book loans in compliance with policies
- Review product knowledge and recommend improvements based on feedback
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- 0-1 years of related experience
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication, convincing, client servicing, credit assessment, and collection management skills
Desired Skills:
- Fluent in local language
- Ability to work under pressure
