Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Officer to join our Deposit Banking team at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to promote our deposit banking products.
Your duties will include advising clients on deposit products, assisting with account openings, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for identifying upselling opportunities to grow the deposit portfolio.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in banking, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Prior experience in sales or customer service within the banking sector is preferred.
