Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Officer at Mobilink microfinance bank located in Faisalabad. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of quality services. The role includes carrying out customer education and documentation requirements and promoting financial literacy in the community. Work from home is also possible with this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a financial services role with a focus on customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve issues.
- Good analytical skills with an understanding of financial products and services.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a workload effectively, with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
- Fluency in English and Urdu is required. Knowledge of relevant regional languages is a plus.
- Good knowledge of regulatory guidelines of the bank is necessary.
- Experience of working with microfinance banks is a plus.
