Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Relationship Officer SME at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. As a Relationship Officer SME, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Your main duties will include assessing the financial stability of SME clients, identifying their banking needs, and offering suitable financial products and services to help them grow their business. You will also be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of any client issues.
