Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in CDT codes and insurance billing protocols.
- Knowledge of Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental systems.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and manage claims effectively.
- Track and resolve aged accounts receivable claims.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and generate financial reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of RCM experience in the dental industry.
