Job Description
Job Summary: As a Full-time Helpdesk Representative, you will be the primary contact for customers using our products and services. Your role will involve assisting users with technical challenges and resolving their concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Manage help desk tickets with timely resolutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues.
- Escalate complex problems when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience, strong understanding of tablet support, excellent communication skills, and data analysis proficiency.
