Job Description
CFH Unlimited LLC is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Recruiter to enhance our team. In this role, you will oversee various HR functions while ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete talent acquisition process.
- Develop and implement retention and engagement strategies.
- Conduct employee evaluations and gather feedback.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated HR experience, particularly in recruiting.
