JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and self-driven Sales Manager to join our team in a commission-based capacity. You will have the opportunity to build and lead your own sales team by recruiting Sales Executives and overseeing their sales performance.
COMPENSATION:
This position offers no fixed salary; you will earn a commission on each sale made by your team.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree
– 1-2 years of experience in sales or recruitment
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Must reside in Islamabad and work from home.
