Job Description
A Requirements Analyst / Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. They collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document user needs, analyze existing systems and processes, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed requirement analysis and gathering business requirements from stakeholders.
- Documenting functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure the requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
- Performing gap analysis and recommending process improvements.
- Conducting user acceptance testing and ensuring the delivered solution meets the business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
