Job Description
Timings: 6 pm to 3 am PST
Salary: $80,00 to $100,00
Job Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the chauffeuring service industry.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction levels to benchmark against industry standards.
- Gather and analyze data related to customer preferences, travel patterns, and market demands to enhance our service offerings.
- Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools, with a strong emphasis on proficiency in MS Excel, to present findings in a clear and actionable format.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement changes and enhancements based on feedback analysis.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing operational processes to enhance overall service delivery.
- Support the development of strategic plans by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research findings with broader company objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of research data by implementing robust data collection and validation processes.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, summarizing key findings and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Research Analyst, preferably in the transportation or service industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Effective communication skills to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and statistical analysis.
