Job Description

We are seeking qualified Research Assistants from religious minority communities for a 30-day engagement to support a vital research initiative aimed at empowering minority populations across four districts in Sindh: Karachi, Hyderabad, Umarkot, and Ghotki.

Responsibilities:

• Identify local minority populations and engage with community members.
• Liaise with local government representatives to facilitate project objectives.
• Collect and transmit data from minority neighborhoods to the Lahore-based research team.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be from a religious minority community and reside in a minority neighborhood of Karachi, Hyderabad, Umarkot, or Ghotki.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Google Forms.
• Ownership of a smartphone for data collection and communication purposes.

Compensation and Duration:

• Paid Opportunity: Includes stipend for travel, refreshments, and internet.
• The position is for a 30-day period.
