Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion and curiosity for research. This candidate should be able to conduct experiments to supplement work when necessary and analyze various points of data to establish findings. This candidate should also have effective writing skills in order to write research proposals and create reports.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize a wide range of resources to conduct quality research
- Assist other researchers in designing and conducting experiments
- Solve problems as they arise and establish solutions
- Write proposals for new research and write reports for existing research
- Maintain a database of results and other data points
- Follow regulatory practices around conducting research
- Researching on AML regulations, compliance standards, and industry trends
- Analyze and mold complex compliance-related information to provide actionable insights
- Working with product and design teams for content creation
- Thinking critically to extract useful details and facts to construct an argument and point of view from research papers, news, and industry insights
