Job Description
Role:
In the role of a Research & Data Entry Clerk, your duties will encompass data collection, entry, and analysis to support our market research efforts. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on customer data stored in multiple internal and external systems.
- Accurately input data into various computer systems.
- Type in data provided directly from various sources.
- Updating and maintaining database information.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Communicating with other departments to gather information.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Supporting other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Fast typing skills.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You have had previous experience in Researching.
- Basic understanding of databases (Gathering Data and store in a good way).
