Job Description
Role Description:
A Research Manager position is available at Ipsos, located in Karachi. This full-time role involves overseeing a team, developing research plans, analyzing data, preparing reports, managing client relationships, and ensuring project completion.
Qualifications:
- Proven Business Development Exposure
- Excellent Team Management
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience in market research, including survey design, data analysis, and interpretation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with questionnaire design and creating survey instruments
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Experience in managing and developing a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s is a plus
- 4-6 years of experience in the related field would be beneficial
