Job Summary: We are seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Research MTO to support our research initiatives. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a strong willingness to conduct fieldwork and present findings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting research projects and data collection.
- Support in analyzing and interpreting research data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the research team to prepare detailed reports and presentations.
- Present research findings clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake occasional outstation visits for data collection, client meetings, or research site visits.
- Assist in maintaining research databases and ensuring data accuracy.
Key Requirements:
- A highly analytical individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for occasional outstation visits.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and other research tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
