Job Description
Enlatics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Researcher to join our team. As a Researcher, you will be responsible for researching AML regulations, compliance standards, and industry trends. You will analyze and mold complex compliance-related information to provide actionable insights. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and design teams for content creation, and think critically to extract useful details and construct arguments and points of view from research papers, news, and industry insights.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Law, or Business. Candidates should also have proven experience in investigative research, a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance, excellent writing skills to convey complex ideas clearly, attention to detail in data analysis, and critical thinking abilities. Evident communication and time-management skills are also a must.
