Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at IHCL. The ideal candidate will drive revenue through effective selling and upselling of reservations, room types, and additional items.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service on every call.
- Addressing inquiries from potential and existing guests professionally.
- Preparing daily reports such as Business on Books and VIP Arrivals.
- Upselling products and accommodations whenever possible.
- Ensuring accurate data input for transactions.
To excel, assist the Reservations Manager in maximizing room revenue.
