Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent at BooknTravel.pk located in Lahore District. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing customer service, managing travel arrangements, and promoting sales. Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Reservations and Sales
- Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.
- Must have GDS knowledge (Amadeus).
